The Program

Costs

All students will be signing up for the program through the University at Buffalo.  Therefore, costs (tuition and fees) are the same as for any other UB student at the masters level.

Students will be responsible for making their own housing arrangements in Buffalo during the first and fourth semesters.

Studying abroad

The semesters in Mexico and Spain will require a study abroad program fee of $5,200. In both cases the fee will cover:

  • Welcome dinner with faculty and on-site orientation session
  • Room for the entire semester
  • Transportation, room and board during study tours
  • Repatriation insurance
  • Administrative fee

In addition, students will be responsible for:

  • Arranging their own transportation to Merida and Seville (round trip air fare)
  • Getting to Merida and Seville in time for on-site orientation
  • Personal expenses abroad
  • Furnishing proof of of health insurance to UB Study Abroad Office
  • Having a valid passport
  • Obtaining student visas (if appropriate)
