The Program

Evaluation

Students will be obligated to obtain an A or a B in all mandatory courses and required to maintain a 3.0 or B overall grade point average (GPA).

Students who fail a required course should be reexamined within two weeks after the end of the semester. Should the student fail this exam he/she will have to withdraw from the program.

At the end of the Third Semester the student will present a research project proposal to the Academic Committee of the Caribbean Cultural Studies M.A. in the Humanities program. Students will be expected to defend the Master's project in front of the Academic Committee at the end of their fourth semester of full time studies.
